Registering a company without visiting Russia


If you are already in Russia or are ready to visit Russia, you will need to contact the Federal Tax Service for filing and signing documents for registration of the new company.
It will take no more than 1 day. In order to receive documents after registration of the company, you have to visit the Federal Tax Service within 7 days personally, or to issue a notarized power of attorney to representative who will visit the Federal Tax Service instead of you.
However, due to a large number of unreasonable refusals to register company (for example, due to the use of mass registration address, incorrect translation from a foreign language, inaccuracies in documents), you can stay in Russia indefinitely.
Registration of the company without visiting Russia
If you are not ready to come to Russia personally and spend your time and money, there are several options of registration of a company without a personal presence in Russia.
Option 1 
You certify the Company's Foundation documents prepared by us, the Registration Application Form and the Power of Attorney for a representative in the Embassy / Consulate of the Russian Federation in your country and forward them to the EuroSkill office by express mail. In this case, you do not need to visit Russia, however, the terms of company registration are not guaranteed due to the risks of refusal or suspension of incorporation described above.
Option 2
We register a new company in the name of CEO of EuroSkill Mr. V. Dolgopolov. After that, the Charter Capital of the company is incresed and you appointed as a second participant. Finally, we remove Mr. V. Dolgopolov out of the Charter Capital and redistribute his share in your favor. In this case, you also do not need to visit Russia. It takes about 1 month to register the company for your name, but also is not guaranteed due to the risks described above.
Option 3
Buying of the ready made company. In this case, you also do not need to visit Russia and you can start a business immediately. The time of re-registration of the company in your favor is minimal.
