Under the Russian legislation, registration period of the Foreign Company Representative Office in the Federal Tax Service of Russian Federation is less then 25 working days. Additionally not more than 5 working days is needed to issue a certificate of entry in the state register of accredited branches, representative offices of foreign legal entities.
